The aim of this group is to bring together participants in the training courses of the Projet interrégional de renforcement des capacités pluridisciplinaires des enseignants chercheurs et chercheurs d'Afrique (PIRCPA), which will take place in N'Djamena, Chad, from December 1 to 6, 2025.

PIRCPA offers three training modules on doctoral supervision, professionalization and project management. In particular, it aims to

• Promote the professional integration of doctoral students in Africa by enhancing the skills of their supervisors in the various facets of the research profession.
• Build up a multi-disciplinary African network of researchers and teacher-researchers, willing to train their peers on the 3 themes to guarantee the sustainability of the action.
