This sub-group brings together participants in the "Doctoral supervision" module.

The aim of this module is to reinforce the skills of teacher-researchers in the support and supervision of doctoral students, by integrating the pedagogical, methodological and relational dimensions of the doctoral process. Although the rank of lecturer opens the door to supervision, few training courses offer practical preparation for this complex role, which requires a combination of scientific monitoring, skills management and transmission. Through a participative approach, this module proposes innovative tools and methods to structure support, prevent difficulties encountered by doctoral students and promote the success of their work and their professional integration. A first on the African continent, this training is a key step towards building a shared culture of doctoral supervision, in line with international standards and adapted to local institutional realities.
