The aim of this module is to enhance the skills of doctoral supervisors in assisting students to enter the job market and promote their research results. In a context where the employment prospects of young graduates are a crucial issue for the development of the African continent, the aim is toThe aim is to go beyond purely academic training and integrate dimensions such as career management, communication, innovation and entrepreneurship. The module builds on the work initiated by the regional workshop organized in 2024 by the AUF and IRD, which led to the development of a common approach to the professionalization of doctoral students. Through practical activities and exchanges of experience, participants will be encouraged to identify the levers that promote the employability of young researchers, build bridges between universities and the professional world, and promote useful research rooted in the economic and societal needs of African countries.
